We are located in La Puente, California and we have many designer offices in other cities. We do not
provide local pick up service in La Puente, California. Normally, we
will arrange to ship products in 2-3 days from our available warehouse
once payment is cleared. Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
We
want satisfied customers so we will accept returns or order
cancellations with a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees both ways.
Actual freight bill will be provided at the time of the return.
